About Pendle

Pendle Sportswear was established in 1977 and we are very proud to have become the largest football kit supplier selling direct to clubs in the UK and the official supplier to the English Schools’ FA. We are also the only UK kit provider direct to grassroots clubs. Current forecasts suggest we are set for another exceptional year.

We have ISO 9001 quality management systems certification for the design, customisation and supply of football kits, and our various online platforms.


Summer Temporary Positions from June – October. Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm. (Note some departments may require shift patterns).

Opportunities in Sales, Online Sales Administration, Print, Pressing, Embroidery, Warehouse and Despatch.

Hrs 9-5.30pm (Monday-Friday) 37.5hpw.

Aug – Oct shift work required in Print/Pressing/Embroidery


  • Answering customer enquiries by phone and email, updating customer records and ensuring all customer details are accurately documented.
  • Processing orders and sample requests by post, phone, website or in person, in accordance with Pendle’s working instructions.


Online Sales Administrator:

  • Process online club shop orders and/ or web orders, in accordance with Pendle’s working instructions.  


Print: Shift working pattern implemented Aug – Oct  including weekends

  • Load machines with relevant artwork as per sales orders.
  • Check artwork carefully for colour, size, text and quality.


Pressing: Shift working pattern implemented Aug – Oct  including weekends.

  • Check artwork that has been printed out is correct,  looking for colour, size, style and quality.
  • Check garments carefully for style, colour, size and quality.
  • Ensure garments and media are pressed at the correct temperature and pressure.


Embroidery: Shift working pattern implemented Aug – Oct including weekends.

  • Ensure that all garments have been picked correctly, making sure that style, size, colour, quantity and quality are fit for the order.
  • Embroider badges as per customer’s requirements and in accordance with the Embroidery Instructions.



  • Pick sales orders and samples correctly.
  • Check products for style, colour, size and quality.
  • Assist with deliveries as required.
  • Assist with stock replenishment.



  • Check garments and products for style, size, colour and quality.
  • Check printing for style, size, colour, positioning and quality.
  • Despatch sales order to customers using relevant couriers
